Job summary

Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and uphold our seafood and service standards with a focus on guest satisfaction.

You will hire, train and inspire the team, manage performance, and ensure safe food handling and compliance. We offer in-restaurant training, development plans and opportunities to advance your career in a fast-paced, guest‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 1+ years of management or supervisory experience in food service or related industries.
• 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• ServSafe, local and state certifications or ability to obtain required.
