Job summary

Raising Cane’s is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, uphold Raise Cane’s standards and culture, and manage shift responsibilities across the restaurant. You will lead crewmembers, ensure customer satisfaction, and handle cash and safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and a commitment to high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to lead and coordinate teams.
• Experience in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management is required/valued.
• Must be able to work across shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure Raising Cane’s standards are met.
• Act as manager on duty, open and close the restaurant, and manage cash handling with accountability.
• Direct crewmembers during shifts and provide exemplary customer service.
• Ensure cleanliness and good working order of the facility; enforce policies and safety standards.
