Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers in Colma, CA is hiring a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Cane’s standards and culture during shift management. The role involves a fast-paced kitchen environment, guest interactions and ensuring safety and cleanliness.

The candidate should have 1+ years of restaurant management experience, be 18+, and be able to work diverse shifts.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older; High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends; travel as needed for work-related functions and training
• Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Uses reward and recognition program for the crewmembers.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
