Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Manager in California to support grocery and restaurant operations. The role focuses on leading shift management, upholding Cane’s standards, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will supervise crew, manage cash and assist in opening/closing procedures, while maintaining safety and cleanliness. The position requires 1+ years in restaurant management and a willingness to train across locations.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends and travel for training.
• Must complete Raising Cane’s company training programs.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Ensures cleanliness and proper facility maintenance.
• Uses logs and forms to document results and take corrective action.
