Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers in California is seeking a Restaurant Manager to assist the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, uphold brand standards and culture, and oversee shift management.

The role requires cash handling, opening/closing responsibilities, directing crewmembers, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across the restaurant. 1+ years of management and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Open and close the restaurant, manage shifts.
• Manage cash handling and accountability.
• Enforce Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Lead shift meetings and ensure safety standards.
• Direct crewmembers and provide exemplary customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and equipment in good condition.
