Raising Cane’s serves craveable chicken finger meals and is hiring a Restaurant Manager in the United States. You will support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture in shift management responsibilities.

The role involves managing cash, opening and closing the restaurant, directing crewmembers, and delivering exemplary customer service in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Proven ability to manage staff, scheduling and costs.
• Experience in restaurant/retail management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards during shifts.
• Acts as manager on duty, opens/closes the restaurant and handles cash.
• Directs crewmembers, delivers customer service, and enforces policies.
