The Restaurant Manager role at Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture in shift management responsibilities of restaurant operations.

The position involves a fast-paced kitchen environment with physical exertion and customer interaction, including opening/closing, cash handling, directing crew, ensuring cleanliness and safety, and delivering exemplary service.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, flexible and energetic with strong communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety; upholds company policies and standards.
