Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in hospitality or similar industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Restaurant or Culinary Management preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily evaluation of restaurant service performance and coordination of food production.
• Develop liquor and wine selection strategies and supervise procurement.
• Assist GM in building annual financial objectives and marketing plans.
• Train and evaluate staff; oversee daily cleanliness and service area maintenance.
• Interview, hire, and train employees; manage performance and coaching.
• Ensure service etiquette and product knowledge to meet guest needs.
