Qualifications

• Managerial and production experience in hospitality/catering.
• Knowledge of food cost controls and standard recipes.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assigns detailed duties to associates for efficient kitchen operation.
• Selects, trains, and supervises kitchen staff in recipe preparation.
• Schedules culinary staff to ensure proper coverage and payroll control.
• Ensures proper ordering, receiving, storage, and rotation of food items to comply with regulations.
• Adheres to cost and quality control procedures and safety standards.
• Supervises daily safety and sanitation practices.
• Maintains vacation staffing schedule.
• Assists engineering with equipment repair and preventive maintenance.
• Performs other duties, including event development and execution.
• Prepares all items according to recipe specifications.
