Qualifications

• Experience as a restaurant manager or in a supervisory role.

Responsabilités

• Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Review applications, interview, and hire hourly employees or make recommendations to hire.
• Direct work by setting hours, weekly schedules, and tasks before, during, and after open hours.
• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide and schedule Front of House and Back of House training.
• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures.
• Conduct line Taste & Temps and ensure food safety.
