Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service at all times. The role involves managing hourly staff, hiring decisions, scheduling, and training to drive guest satisfaction and sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly employees; conduct performance evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hires.
• Direct scheduling and task assignments for FOH and BOH during open hours.
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate FOH/BOH training and staff development.
• Oversee food production and preparation following recipes and procedures.
• Conduct line Taste & Temps inspections.
• Enforce safety and security to protect employees and guests.
• Manage costs through weekly inventory of food, supplies, and liquor.
• Ensure safe food handling procedures are followed.
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values.
