Quality Brand Group LLC, a multi-store Dunkin’ franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure top-notch guest experiences across its Florida locations. You will recruit, develop, and energize the store team while upholding quality service and cleanliness standards.

You will be responsible for achieving store profitability, managing P&L, and coaching staff to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles.
• Fluent English reading and speaking.
• Able to lift 30–50 pounds and operate standard restaurant equipment.
• Serve Safe/Food Safety certification.
