Quality Brand Group LLC, Dunkin's franchisee, seeks a Restaurant Manager to recruit and develop team members, drive sales and profitability, and ensure quality service and cleanliness. You will lead operations on a shift basis, delivering a great guest experience and coaching staff toward success.

Responsibilities include managing purchasing, scheduling, and facility maintenance while upholding standards and fostering a positive, motivated team.

Qualificações

• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required.
• Must fluently speak/read English.
• Guest focus – anticipate and exceed guests’ needs.
• Be physically capable of lifting 30–50 pounds and operating restaurant equipment.
• Knowledge of food safety and Serve Safe certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational excellence and drive guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members for the store.
• Manage P&L; assist in achieving sales and profitability goals.
• Ensure quality service and store cleanliness per standards.
• Counsel, discipline, promote or terminate staff as needed.
• Coordinate purchasing, scheduling, and facilities maintenance.
