Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a franchisee of Dunkin’, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead store operations, recruit and develop a team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for achieving sales and profitability goals while maintaining quality standards and cost control.

You will supervise shifts, drive training, and manage performance, with the goal of delivering memorable guest experiences and high restaurant standards consistent with the Dunkin brand.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills are required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience is required.
• Experience in the food service industry is required; Food Safety and Serve Safe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence and ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
• Understand and drive training and development of team members.
• Achieve sales and profitability goals for the store and control expenses.
• Communicate and coach effectively; manage purchasing, scheduling, and facilities.
• Provide leadership and motivate staff through shifts; counsel or discipline as needed.
• Prepare products per standards and supervise service quality for a great guest experience.
• Oversee hiring, coaching, and performance management of team members.
