Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a multiple-store Dunkin’ franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and manage a team to deliver a consistent guest experience.

You will recruit, develop, and supervise staff, ensure quality service and cleanliness, and be responsible for the store’s P&L performance. Prior food-service leadership in a fast-paced environment is required.

Qualifications

• Must fluently speak/read English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required.
• Food service industry experience preferred; Food Safety/Serve Safe Certification recommended.
• Ability to lift 30–50 pounds and perform repetitive motions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and sustain operational excellence across the store.
• Drive 100% guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Develop and train team members for performance and growth.
• Meet sales and profitability goals with cost controls.
• Communicate effectively and coach the team for improvement.
• Oversee purchasing, scheduling, and store facilities maintenance.
• Manage staff through shifts, including counseling or disciplinary actions.
