Quality Brand Group LLC, a multi-store Dunkin' franchisee, is hiring a Restaurant Manager to recruit and develop the store team and implement operational standards for quality service and cleanliness. You will drive profitability and oversee the P&L as if you owned the location.

You will lead a team, provide coaching and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining cost controls and hiring decisions at the store level.

Qualifications

• Experience in the food service industry is required.
• Food Safety, Serve Safe Certification.
