Nbutexas is seeking a high-energy, full-service Restaurant Manager to lead daily FOH, BOH, and bar operations at our Tempe location. The role emphasizes guest service, quality food, and strong leadership to motivate the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of full-service restaurant experience, with 1–2 years supervising and training staff.
• Prior leadership experience (Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor) preferred.
• Experience maintaining food quality, service standards, and reading profit/loss statements.
• Maricopa County Food Handlers Card and knowledge of health and legal regulations.
• Prefer prior full service Mexican restaurant management experience.
