The Mexicano | Chandler is seeking a hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead a fast-paced team in the Valley. You’ll drive exceptional guest experiences while optimizing operations, costs, and culture.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of GM experience in a high-volume restaurant, manage 40+ staff, and excel in coaching, leadership and inventory controls. Nights, weekends, and holidays availability is expected. U.S. employment eligibility required.

RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER

Ready to lead one of the most energetic, fast-paced restaurant teams in the Valley?

We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Restaurant General Manager who thrives under pressure, leads from the front, and knows how to create an unforgettable guest experience while driving strong operational performance!

This is not a “sit in the office” management role. We’re looking for a true leader who can motivate a team, elevate service standards, control costs, build culture, and keep operations running at a high level every single day.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Drive guest satisfaction and deliver exceptional hospitality

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of General Manager experience in a HIGH-VOLUME restaurant
• Experience managing teams of 40+ employees
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Extensive food & beverage knowledge
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials and inventory systems
• Comfortable coaching, delegating, and holding teams accountable
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays
