Qualifications

• 4+ years GM in high-volume restaurant
• Experience managing teams of 40+ staff
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Extensive food & beverage knowledge
• Proven ability in fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials and inventory systems
• Coaching, delegating, and accountability
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays

What You’ll Do
