Job summary

The Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Grafton, OH. You will lead operations, train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and brand standards.

Responsibilities include managing costs, staffing, conducting performance reviews, hiring, coaching, and maintaining a positive work environment while driving sales and ensuring consistent service across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role preferred.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Good numeracy and reading skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Control food, labor, cash, and other expenses per guidelines.
• Increase store sales by improving speed of service and food quality.
• Maintain adequate staffing for all shifts.
• Conduct performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and ASM.
• Hire and onboard new crew, shift leaders, and ASM.
• Coach and train staff to meet certification and performance levels.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with sanitation rules.
• Adhere to all laws related to employment.
• Keep environment safe and report needed repairs.
• Maintain guest service and handle complaints to foster repeat business.
• Provide feedback to area coach via daily calls and weekly meetings.
• Manage turnover by selecting and training staff and creating a positive work environment.
• Assist with food prep when needed and handle cash register duties.
