Responsibilities

• Oversee cost categories (food, labor, cash, controllable expenses) per guidelines.
• Drive sales growth through quality, speed, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain staffing levels and scheduling coverage.
• Conduct performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and AMs.
• Hire and train new crew, shift leaders, and AMs.
• Coach and develop team to meet certification and performance goals.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Handle guest complaints and provide timely feedback to area coach.
• Manage turnover through effective hiring and training strategies.
• Prepare food and operate cash register as needed.
