Job summary

Swensons Drive-in Restaurants, LLC in Ohio is seeking an energetic restaurant supervisor to lead kitchen and service teams across multiple Cleveland-area locations. You will direct crew, ensure quality, and maintain fast, friendly service.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and a flexible weekend schedule. You will open/close shifts, uphold safety standards, and support the GM in daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a food service environment.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Own reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work weekends and flexible shifts.
• Basic math and computer literacy.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Manages, trains, monitors, and coaches kitchen crew members, curb servers, and kitchen supervisors.
• Direct crew, assign duties and provide friendly service to customers and staff.
• Perform opening and closing duties for the restaurant.
• Ensure temperature, packaging, appearance, and service meet standards.
• Follow and enforce food safety guidelines at all times.
• Assist with profit and loss by cash handling, security, inventory, labor, and reports.
• Respond to reports and drive improvements in operations.
• Promote Swensons core values and mission statement.
• Assist GM with additional duties as assigned.
