Ideal candidates have 1+ years as a Shift Leader or 1 year as an Assistant Manager, with ServSafe certification and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 1+ years as Shift Leader or 1 year as Assistant Manager in customer service; 100% certified in all workstations.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: English proficiency, interpersonal skills, basic math, analytical ability, organization, initiative.

Responsibilities

• Internal Service: recruit, train, develop and evaluate staff; ensure staffing, training, and compliance with labor laws.
• External Service: ensure guest satisfaction, handle concerns, maintain brand image, ensure food quality and safety.
• Higher Profits: analyze operational/financial performance, use data to drive action plans for profitability and budget adherence.
