Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven problem solving with goals and action plans.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; adaptable to new systems.
• Willing to work various shifts; travel as needed.
• 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall financial success; forecast and budget.
• Maintain compliance with standards, policies and laws.
• Hire and terminate management crewmembers; payroll.
• Create and manage work and training schedules.
• Develop management-level crewmembers and performance.
• Open/close the restaurant; manage cash handling.
• Monitor P&L; execute strategies for profitability.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe working conditions.
