Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Leader to drive strategic direction for the restaurant, maintain standards, and grow sales and profits through people development and exceptional service.

You will lead, teach, and model Raising Cane’s culture for crewmembers, customers, and partners while ensuring compliance and top performance in all metrics. This on-site role offers competitive pay with additional incentives and a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive restaurant sales and profit growth while maintaining operations standards.
• Lead and develop crewmembers, manage scheduling and payroll processes.
• Open/close the restaurant, act as manager on duty, and handle cash.
