Job summary

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Leader to drive strategic direction, maintain operations standards and grow sales and profit through people development. The role requires teaching and modeling Raising Cane's culture, leading crewmembers, and ensuring exceptional guest service in a fast-paced kitchen with varied shifts.

You will manage schedules, training, payroll, and compliance, and uphold brand standards while collaborating with the team to deliver a superior dining

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing conditions.
• Experience in restaurant or retail management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts and budgets; ensures financial success of the restaurant.
• Ensures compliance with company standards, policies, and laws.
• Hires and terminates management-level crewmembers, and manages payroll.
• Creates work and training schedules for crewmembers.
• Develops management-level crewmembers and performance management.
• Acts as manager on duty, opens/closes the restaurant, manages cash handling.
