Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Leader to guide strategic direction, uphold standards, and drive sales and profit growth through people development. The role involves teaching and modeling Raising Cane’s culture for crewmembers, customers and partners.

The position demands managing a fast-paced kitchen, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety, while maintaining exceptional customer service and brand integrity across shifts and locations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Forecasts and budgets to ensure overall financial success of the restaurant.
• Ensures compliance with company standards, policies and laws.
• Hires and terminates management-level crewmembers including payroll changes.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Develops management-level crewmembers including performance management.
• Acts as manager on duty, opens and closes the restaurant, manages cash handling.
• Monitors profit and loss statements and develops strategy across financial and operational performance.
• Enforces company policies and standards.
• Uses tools and logs to support shift execution and document results.
• Delivers exemplary customer service and deploys crewmembers during shifts.
