Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking aRestaurant Leader responsible for strategic direction, culture and profitability. You will drive results through people development, sales growth and budgeting, while maintaining operations standards.

The role requires multi-tasking in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with emphasis on leadership, coaching and customer service. You will lead shifts, ensure compliance and promote Raising Cane’s brand values across the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work well independently or in a team.
• Experience with opening new locations and local restaurant marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and budget to ensure overall financial success of the restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and laws.
• Hire and develop management-level crewmembers and manage payroll processes.
• Create work and training schedules for crewmembers.
• Open and close the restaurant, manage cash handling, and monitor P&L performance.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper operation of the facility.
• Provide exemplary customer service and maintain brand standards.
