Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Leader to set strategic direction and drive restaurant performance through people development, sales growth, and profit optimization. You will uphold Raising Cane’s culture across crewmembers, customers and partners in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

As a Restaurant Leader, you will manage staff, oversee scheduling, and ensure compliance with company standards while delivering outstanding guest service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Able to plan, execute and drive results
• Experience with budgeting and payroll processes
• Proficient with MS Office and learning new systems quickly
• Shift flexibility including days, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Forecast and budget for the restaurant’s financial performance
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and laws
• Hire and terminate management-level crewmembers and manage payroll
• Create work and training schedules for crewmembers
• Develop management-level staff and performance management
• Act as manager on duty and handle cash processes
• Monitor profit and loss and implement strategic actions
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and operational readiness
