The Restaurant Leader manages scheduling, compliance, and performance metrics while ensuring exceptional guest service and operational excellence across shifts and daily duties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and budget to ensure financial success.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and laws.
• Hire and terminate management-level crewmembers and manage payroll.
• Develop and train management-level staff and manage shift execution.
