Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers in Dallas, TX seeks a Restaurant Leader to drive strategic direction, uphold operations standards, and grow sales and profits through people development. You will teach and model our culture to crewmembers, customers and partners in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

The role requires 5+ years in restaurant or retail management, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Able to work various shifts including days, evenings and weekends; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and budget to ensure overall financial success of the restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies and laws.
• Hire and terminate management-level crewmembers including payroll changes.
• Create work and training schedules for crewmembers.
• Develop management-level staff and perform performance management.
• Act as manager on duty, open/close restaurant and manage cash handling.
• Monitor profit and loss statements and execute strategies across operations.
