Qualifications

• 2–4 years of restaurant management experience preferred.

• Flexibility for full-time schedule and occasional travel for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard FOH/BOH team members.
• Train and develop team members; uphold standards for food safety and quality.
• Lead communication and teamwork within the management team.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and labor costs to meet goals.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through service quality and issue resolution.
