Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in related food service management position.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Manager Certification and/or ServSafe Manager Certificate required.
• Ability to travel occasionally for meetings and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily restaurant operations and coordinate management team.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard FOH & BOH team members.
• Train and develop team members and shift leaders.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards are met.
• Manage inventory, orders, and invoices; monitor labor and food costs.
• Prepare work schedules and oversee opening/closing shifts.
