Habit Burger & Grill in Eatontown, NJ is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee FOH & BOH operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will partner with the management team on food and labor costs, meet sales targets, and ensure health and safety standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in food service management or 2 years in other food roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food safety knowledge and hands-on leadership experience.

Responsibilities
