Yum & Chill Restaurant Group in New Jersey seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead HR policy development, payroll administration, benefits management, and compliance across franchise locations. You will implement programs to attract, develop, and retain talent while maintaining our culture of safety and inclusion.

As a hands-on leader, you will travel to sites as needed, partner with leadership, and ensure HR operations scale with rapid growth in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years of HR and payroll management experience.
• QSR and fast-food HR experience preferred.
• CPP or PHR certification is a plus.

• Resolve HR-related issues including employee relations and salary planning.
• Maintain and update Employee Handbook to ensure compliance.
• Travel to franchise locations as needed.
• Administer benefit plans and privacy-compliant payroll processes.
• Assist in posting and recruiting for new openings.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and wage-hour laws.
