Yum & Chill Restaurant Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team. You will shape and drive HR strategy, develop policies, programs and services, and oversee HR activities for franchise locations to streamline operations and support growth.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 5+ years in HR/payroll, and experience in QSR/fast-food settings. You will manage benefits, payroll compliance, recruiting, and employee relations, with travel to locations as

• Minimum of 5+ years of HR and payroll management experience.
• QSR and Fast Food Industry HR experience preferred.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., Paycor, Workday, TriNet Zenefits).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• CPP or PHR certification is a plus.

Position Summary: We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping and driving our HR strategy where you will spearhead the creation, development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and services. You'll oversee a range of HR activities for franchise restaurants to streamline operations, ensure compliance, and focus resources on core strengths for effective business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR and payroll management.
• QSR and Fast Food Industry HR experience preferred.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., Paycor, Workday, TriNet Zenefits).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Certification such as CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or PHR (Professional in Human Resources) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
