Job summary

Yum & Chill Restaurant Group in North Jersey is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations across multiple sites. You will supervise staff, train teams, optimize guest service, and ensure food safety, quality, and cleanliness to uphold brand standards.

You will monitor sales, labor, and inventory costs, implement company initiatives, report performance to leadership, and participate in local marketing and community engagement to fuel growth in the tri-state area.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or retail management and overseeing daily operations.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Operational and financial acumen including scheduling, inventory control, budgeting, and P&L awareness.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and compliance with health, safety and labor regulations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for guests, team members and stakeholders.
• Proven problem-solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution in fast-paced settings.
