Job summary

Yum & Chill Restaurant Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team. You will shape and drive HR strategy, develop policies, programs and services, and oversee HR activities for franchise locations to streamline operations and support growth.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 5+ years in HR/payroll, and experience in QSR/fast-food settings. You will manage benefits, payroll compliance, recruiting, and employee relations, with travel to locations as

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of HR and payroll management experience.
• QSR and Fast Food Industry HR experience preferred.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (e.g., Paycor, Workday, TriNet Zenefits).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• CPP or PHR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve HR-related issues including employee relations, complaints, performance management, recruiting/workforce planning, career development, and salary planning.
• Keep the Employee Handbook updated with compliance.
• Travel to our locations if needed.
• Administration of benefit plans such as group health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, workers' compensation, life insurance, retirement plans, medical leaves, etc.
• Assist in posting and recruiting for new job openings.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage and hour laws and best practices or regulations.
