Team Lyders is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead one of its Taco Bell locations within brand standards. You will coach and mentor a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving profitability and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include overseeing labor, food supply, health and safety, resolving issues, and implementing annual operating plans. A dynamic leader with 2–4 years of leadership experience and a High School diploma is preferred;

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED minimum.
• 2–4 years of leadership experience in QSR/retail with P&L accountability.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
• Passion for delivering excellent food quality, service, cleanliness, and speed.
