Job summary

Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar in Michigan seeks a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive financial performance and develop a team of Managers and hourly TEAM Members under the Area Director's guidance.

The GM will ensure guest satisfaction, uphold brand standards, manage budgeting and safety programs, and mentor the next generation of leaders through Apple II Management training and ongoing performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management with P&L accountability.
• Assistant General Manager experience or equivalent leadership within a similar organization.
• Completion of Apple II Management training and achievement of business goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operation of restaurant with focus on service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Manages TEAM Members and scheduling to meet sales demands.
• Maintains safety, sanitation and cost controls per company policy.
• Creates and nurtures a culture aligned with company values and TSFR roadmap.
• Leads performance reviews and coaching for management and staff.
