• Superior business acumen including market-level insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational and financial performance and human capital for the location.
• Ensures prompt, friendly service and maintains company standards across all shifts.
• Manages team scheduling, development, and performance reviews.
• Maintains controls, budgets, inventories and compliance with laws and company policy.
• Acts as coach to managers and TEAM Members and drives guest satisfaction.
