Job summary

Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Michigan to assist the General Manager in directing daily operations, ensuring adherence to company standards in service, product quality, safety, and financial controls.

You will lead TEAM Members, schedule shifts, recruit and train staff, monitor inventory, and communicate with fellow managers to uphold our values and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience in a similar organization.
• College degree in Hotel/Restaurant, Management, Business or related field.
• Successfully completed management training programs.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily restaurant operations with the GM to ensure smooth service.
• Leads and develops TEAM Members; recruits, trains and evaluates staff.
• Schedules staffing to meet sales demands and control labor costs.
• Maintains inventory control and ensures proper product preparation and presentation.
• Upholds safety, sanitation and company policies across all shifts.
• Communicates with other managers and maintains management logs.
