Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality or Hotel/Restaurant Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7+ years of multi-unit restaurant management with direct P&L accountability.
• Completion of Apple II Management training.
• Assistant General Manager (AGM) or prior Unit General Manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees restaurant operations and TEAM Members within the location.
• Ensures prompt, friendly service per guidelines.
• Maintains inventory, safety, sanitation and budgets.
• Develops managers through training and performance reviews.
• Schedules TEAM to meet sales demands.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and standards.
