Job summary

ANCHOR POINT MANAGEMENT GROUP is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a Taco Bell unit in North Augusta, SC. You will oversee daily operations, drive profitability, maintain cleanliness, hospitality, product quality, and speed of service, and model hands-on leadership on the floor.

You will train employees, respond to guest needs, and manage staffing, budgeting, and compliance across shifts to deliver top customer experiences and sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Strong math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Control food, labor, cash, and other expenses per budget.
• Drive sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service.
• Maintain staffing levels for all days/parts.
• Conduct performance appraisals for crew and managers.
• Hire crew, shift leaders, and AGMs.
• Coach and train team to meet certifications.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation compliance.
• Ensure legal compliance and a safe environment.
• Provide feedback to area coach via daily calls.
• Manage turnover through selective hiring and training.
• Handle guest complaints to foster repeat business.
