Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Strong preference for internal promotion from AGM with training and certifications.
• High school diploma or GED required; Undergraduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Control food, labor, cash and other expenses per company guidelines.
• Drive sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality.
• Maintain adequate staffing for all days and shifts.
• Perform performance appraisals for crew, shift managers and AGM.
• Hire, train and develop staff to meet certification and performance goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation according to regulations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Maintain safe restaurant environment and report repairs.
• Provide feedback to area coach via daily calls and weekly meetings.
