• Maintains adequate staffing levels to meet scheduling requirements.
• Conducts performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and assistant GM.
• Performs hiring for new crew, shift leaders, and assistant GMs.
• Coaches and trains staff to achieve certification and performance targets.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization following sanitation guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with all laws and safety regulations.
• Oversees preventative maintenance and coordinates repairs as needed.
• Delivers excellent guest service and handles guest concerns to encourage repeat visits.
