Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role, preferably in a service-related business.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Good hygiene and reliable transportation to arrive on time.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach/train employees.

Responsibilities

• Control food, labor, cash and other expenses to budgeted levels.
• Drive sales growth by improving service speed and food quality.
• Maintain staffing levels across all shifts and parts of the day.
• Hire crew, shift leaders, and assistant general managers and conduct performance reviews.
• Coach and train team to meet certification and performance targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food-safety guidelines and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all laws relevant to employment and safety.
• Report maintenance needs and ensure safe restaurant operations.
• Provide timely feedback to area coach and manage turnover with effective training.
• Handle cash and food preparation as needed for guests.
