Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role in a service-related business.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Available for flexible hours and all shifts.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Control food, labor, cash, and other expenses within guidelines.
• Achieve sales growth by improving speed of service and food quality.
• Maintain staffing levels for all days and shifts.
• Hire crew, shift leaders, and assistant GMs.
• Coach and train team to reach certifications and performance.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation according to guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with laws and safety.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and report needs.
• Provide guest feedback to area coach and manage turnover.
• Handle cash register and money during shifts.
