Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Jonesboro, AR to lead a Taco Bell unit. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role in a service-related business.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operations of the unit to ensure cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, maintenance and speed of service.
• Control food, labor, cash and other controllable costs within company guidelines and budgeted levels.
• Staffing: maintain adequate staffing levels and schedule accordingly across all days/parts.
• Conduct performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and the assistant general manager.
• Lead hiring processes and onboard new crew, shift leaders, and assistants.
• Coach and train employees to meet certification and performance standards.
• Maintain safe, compliant restaurant environment and comply with all laws.
• Ensure guest service excellence and resolve guest concerns to encourage repeat business.
• Provide timely feedback to area coach and participate in daily/weekly meetings.
• Procure and prepare food for guests as needed and handle cash register duties when required.
