You will hire, train and develop hourly staff, maintain a safe and engaging atmosphere, and ensure each shift runs smoothly with clear expectations. The role requires at least two years of restaurant management experience, strong interpersonal and time-management skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• At least two years restaurant management experience.
• Ability to speak and read English and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong time management.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training and developing hourly team members, scheduling and evaluating them.
• Maintain a safe, professional and engaging atmosphere in the restaurant.
• Be the go-to resource for hourly team members and address their needs daily.
• Provide clear benchmarks and expectations so each shift runs smoothly.
• Oversee performance of assistant managers and hourly staff and follow up accordingly.
• Respond to immediate store needs and ensure guest experiences are exceptional.
• Enforce policies and programs to keep Sonny's a great place to work.
